Maddie and the Summer Bible Reading Club

Our church has a Summer Reading Club for the kids. Their assignment this summer was to read Genesis and Exodus (or have it read to them.) Each Monday, they got together and had a Bible Hour with stories, songs, snacks and crafts. On Sunday, they will presented certificates and medals. Here is Maddie on the stage surrounded by the other kids. Notice the twins in blue vests - they are her buddies along with Leo who is standing beside her.

Speaking Engagement

I just returned from a conference where I was able to speak on developing online courses. I was also able to sit as an "expert" on the "Ask the Experts" Discussion Panel. Great conference and great location - Virginia Beach! It's a tough job - but someone has to do it! :)

Fireman Grand Dad and Maddie

Maddie's favorite book this week is about Dora. And wasn't she sweet to share her Firefigher Hat from the Fire Station with Grand Dad.
