Hot Springs - All Aboard!

All aboard the Belle of Hot Springs for a sunset dinner cruise. We thought this would be a nice activity after driving for 8 hours in the car!

A Walk to the Park...and Back Again!

It was finally a bright and sunny afternoon and Maddie convinced her Daddy and Aunt Natalie to take her and Gianna for a walk. I was surprised to see them coming home so quickly!

I was also amused with how Natalie was holding Gianna!

To Maddie, a walk in Grandma Kimmie's wagon means a stop at the park to play - but, even though the sun was out, it was too muddy to swing and play on the slides. She was not a happy camper! (Yes, she'll hate me for posting this when she's a teenager!)

When I Grow Up!

"Grand Dad, What is on your finger? It's shiny and gold."

"You mean that I can grow up to be a Cougar - just like you and Grandma Kimmie?"

"Is this how you make the Cougar hand signal?" GO COOGS!"

The snow started about 9:00 this morning. These pictures are from our back landingon the second floor looking toward the HR building and the field beside the building.

Here are a few from home. It's starting to snow again (it's 5:00 pm). Maybe I'll have some prettier ones.

Cousins' Weekend

Emory came to see her cousins in Texas for Thanksgiving. Some of these photos are from Meme's house in Victoria and the others in League City when Maddie, Emory, NatNat and Kimmie had a sleepover. The first photo here is actually the last of the day of the sleepover. The girls were exhausted after playing all day. Here they are watching Dora on the TV. Shortly after, they took baths and headed to bed! :)
